The Cloud Documents Tile 

How to Use

In order to use the Cloud Documents Tile, you will need to set up an integration. You can do this from the Manage Integrations option found in the side menu.

Once you have set up an integration with one of the providers, you will be able to drag the tile onto the page and go to the tile settings. Go into the documents tab and choose the service that you would like to integrate. Once this is selected under the service account, choose which account you would like to point to.



Width: Sets the width of the tile.
: Sets the height of the tile.
Background Colour
: Sets the background colour of the tile.
Header Colour
: Sets the Header colour of the tile.


Storage Integrations: Allows you to pick which integration you would like to use.
Starting Folder:
Sets the starting folder for the tile.
Top Folder:
Allows you to set the name of the starting folder
Date Format:
Allows you to set the date format of the tile.


Override Page Font: Allows the user to override the page font.
Font Family
: Allows the user to choose from a set of fonts or allow the user choose a custom web font.
Font Size
: Changes the size of the font.
Font Color
: Changes the colour of the font.
Font Style
: Allows the user to choose if the font is underlined/Italic.
Font Weight
: Allows the user to choose the weight of the font.


Layer: Allows the user to choose the background layer, foreground layer or a custom layer set via the z-index
Reorder within Layer
: Allows the user to choose to move the tile to the front of the layer or the back of the layer.


Tile Visibility – Changes which groups can or cannot view the tile. Selectable via dropdown either Everyone, ‘Only for’ or ‘For everyone except’. When ‘Only for’ or ‘For everyone except’ is selected, a dropdown menu will appear where you can assign groups to the category that was selected.
Lock Tile for Non-owners
– Toggles whether only tile can be only modified by an owner.
Custom CSS Classes
: This section allows you to add multiple Custom CSS classes to the product, allowing you to be able to add custom CSS classes to the tile.
