The manage tab
When a you click on this button under the Manage tab, a modal window will open up on the page, which shows a groups panel with two tabs, LiveTiles Designers and LiveTiles Owners. From here, you will see the users that are a member of that particular group, as well as the option to enter in the email address or name of a user in order to add them into the group. In addition, there is a link that will take you to the group management page in SharePoint for that particular group.
LiveTiles Groups permissions
LiveTiles Designers: This group is set up for most users that will use LiveTiles Design. Designers have the ability to create and save pages, as well as create and open up templates.
LiveTiles Owners: This group is for people who are in charge of managing how people use LiveTiles Design. In addition to all the permissions granted above, LiveTiles owners have the ability to set tile visibility so that only particular groups are able to view the tiles. In addition, LiveTiles owners will have the ability to lock tiles, preventing LiveTiles Designers from being able to edit those particular tiles. In the future, this group will have more permissions than abilities.
When you click this button, a new window will open that takes you to the SavedPageTemplates list. This SharePoint list stores the references to each user-created template that was made with LiveTiles Design. From here, if you go to edit the list and delete an entry, this will remove the template.
Manage User Tiles
When you click this button, a new window will be opened up which will take you to the SavedTileGallery list. This SharePoint list stores the references to each user-created tile that was made with LiveTiles Design. From here, if you go to edit the list and delete an entry, this will remove the tile.
When you click on this button, a modal window will open up which will show current integrations as well as the ability to integrate more accounts into the product for use with our cloud tiles. For more information on how to integrate these accounts follow this link.
Manage Colour Pallete
When you click on this button, a modal window will pop up which will allow you to restrict colours for those in designer group as well as set corporate colours to be made available on the colour palette.
When you click on this, a modal will appear allowing you to turn on/off intercom for your users.
