What does the 14 day free trial entail?

The 14 day trial entails a demo environment that is hosted by LiveTiles, which has the LiveTiles Design app pre-installed on it. You will be able to use LiveTiles Design without restriction in this environment.

How do I sign up for a trial?

From the main site, request a demo. During your demo you can request a hosted trial site and logins. You should receive trial credentials within 24 hours of your request. 

I did not receive my trial information

In some cases, this email can end up in your junk folder. Please check your junk mail to see if this email has been sent to you.
If you did not get the email, please reach out to the team member who guided your original demo.

I get an error message saying that I can’t log in.

In order to get access to the trial, you need to log in using the provided details. Attempting to access the trial environemnt with your existing O365 logins will result in an error.
If you are currently logged into Office 365 with a pre-existing account, you can follow one of two options: 

  1. Best Practice: You can access the provided LiveTiles trial environment by opening a new incognito/ private browser window, then log in with the username and password we’ve provided
  2. Log out of your Office 365 account, then log in using the username and password we’ve provided.
